All of Christine's Custom Cakes are made fresh to order; which guarantees my customers the best quality. You have a right to cancel your order at any time, but your cancellations will be processed as follows:
1) If your order is cancelled within 14 days prior the delivery or pickup, you will be refunded any money previously paid except for non-refundable deposits.
2) If your order is cancelled in less than 14 days prior the delivery or pickup, you will be responsible for 50% of the total original cost plus cost of any custom work.
3) If your order is canceled in less than 5 days prior to delivery or pick up you will be responsible for 100% of the total original costs plus cost of any custom work.
4) If you reschedule your order at a later date, you will receive a 25% discount (**it must be the same order, not a different cake**)
Any outstanding balance is solely your obligation and must be paid to Christine's Custom Cakes within 5 business days of your cancellation date. Failure to do so will result in your responsibility for any additional administrative, collection or legal fees required to collect reminding balance.
